Terms and Conditions


  1. The promoter is Biotech Pharmaceuticals Pty Ltd.
     
  2. Instructions on how to enter and other details contained within promotional, electronic and print materials form part of the terms and conditions. By participating in this promotion entrants shall be deemed to agree to abide by these terms and conditions. These Terms and Conditions prevail to the extent of any inconsistency with the terms and conditions set out in any such materials.
     
  3. The promotion commences on 23rd May 2011 and ends at 5pm on 1st July 2011. The winning entry will be drawn on 6pm on 1st July 2011.
     
  4. The Winners will be notified by a phone call on the 2nd July 2011.
     
  5. All prizes must be taken as offered and are not transferable or exchangeable for cash or other goods.
     
  6. If any prize is unavailable despite the promoter’s reasonable endeavours, the promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a different item with an equal or greater recommended value, subject to any written direction of any State or Territory lottery authority.
     
  7. The prize winner will be drawn at random from all completed and qualified entries. The first valid entry drawn will win the prize.
     
  8. The organisers reserve the right to alter or amend these Terms and Conditions any time without notice.
     
  9. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the promoter shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation, accident, death, injury, damage, loss or liability whatsoever relating to any property or person arising out of or in connection with this competition or with any defect in or unsuitability of any prizes. However, to the extent such liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to replacing the defective prizes. This clause does not apply to any warranties implied by the Trade Practices Act 1974 (C’th).
     
  10. In the event of a dispute regarding these Terms and Conditions, the decision of the Manager of Redbak will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
     
  11. All entries remain the property of the promoter. All competition winners consent to the promoter using their name and photograph for publicity purposes.
     
  12. The promoter respects your privacy under the Privacy Act (C’th) and complies with the National Privacy Principles in relation to the collection of personal information from individuals. The names and addresses of entrants will be collected by the promoter for the purpose of conducting the competition and will also be entered into a database for the future purpose of offering the entrants products and services. At any time, should entrants wish to gain access to their personal information, be removed from this database or stop receiving direct marketing material from the promoter they can contact the promoter. The National Privacy Principles can be found at www.privacy.gov.au.
     
  13. The Terms and Conditions also operate for the benefit of the supplier of any goods in relation to the promotion.
     
  14. The total prize value is $3,500.
