    DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
    Add 100–150ml of water or juice into a Redbak shaker. Add 10g of product and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Add more or less liquid to suit. For best results, use 30-40 minutes before exercise. Seal tub immediately after use.

    Formulated supplementary sports food. Not to be used as a sole source of nutrition.
