DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Mix 30g (1 SCOOP) with 200 – 250ml of water, milk (skim, low fat, full cream or soy) or juice as desired.
Use more or less liquid for a thinner or thicker consistency.
For best mixing, use a shaker or electric blender.

REDBAK WPI is best used 2-3 times a day, especially first thing in the morning and immediately after training.
