DIRECTIONS FOR USE:  Mix 30g (1 SCOOP) with 200 – 250ml of water, milk (skim, low fat, full cream or soy) or juice as desired. Use more or less liquid for a thinner or thicker consistency.  For best mixing, use a shaker or electric blender.

REDBAK WHEY is best used 2-3 times a day, whenever a protein boost is needed. For enhanced muscle growth, combine with REDBAK WHEY with REDBAK CreapureTM Creatine or Power Stack before and after workouts. For enhanced recovery use with REDBAK Nitric Stack immediately after workouts.
