I use a low fat high protein diet with moderate carbohydrates that taper off as the day progresses. Plenty of healthy fats and green vegetables.
My favourite protein whilst dieting is Kangaroo due to it's very high protein and Iron content and it is lower in fat than chicken.
I use a multivitamin, flax and fish oil, vitamin c, and use protein powders and especially like glutamine and HMB. |
