Type of Diet:

I use a low fat high protein diet with moderate carbohydrates that taper off as the day progresses. Plenty of healthy fats and green vegetables.

My favourite protein whilst dieting is Kangaroo due to it's very high protein and Iron content and it is lower in fat than chicken.

I use a multivitamin, flax and fish oil, vitamin c, and use protein powders and especially like glutamine and HMB.

TRAINING ADVICE:

Train hard and always have goals and a plan to reach them. Nutrition and consistency is the key.

You should generally only train each body part one time weekly but give it everything you've got. Learn to understand your body and document what works for you.

Have structured variety in your training routine or your body will adapt. Keep it guessing whets next.

Be your own personal trainer through analysing the feedback your body gives you and discarding what doesn’t work for you.

MAIN GOAL FOR THE FUTURE

To help promote and manage our team at Integrated Martial arts and see them become International Champions. Also to help many of the bodybuilders and fighters that I train reach their individual goals.

HOW WOULD YOU LIKE TO BE REMEMBERED

As someone that found a great balance between reaching his goals in numerous sports and maintaining a happy family life. Also as someone that helped many others to their personal goals.
