I've been training for 13 years. I started competing last year - kind of got into it accidentally. Started off by me and a friend experimenting to see how ripped we could get, next thing we know we visited a place called Winning Physique for contest prep advice as well as putting posing routines together.... After a year of competitions I'm hooked. I've always loved training - I love the challenge. Admittedly the diet part I've only taken seriously over the past 2 years or so and I think the results in my photos speak for themselves.

TIPS FOR HEALTH AND FITNESS

Keep a log book for training and diet.  Strive for the small victories in the gym. Eat clean and stay consistent with diet.

Musclemania Vics 2005 Novice 2nd
NABBA/WFF Vics 2005 WFF Class 3 2nd place.

 

MAIN GOAL FOR THE FUTURE

Win a division and one day hopefully win an overall. When I do those maybe compete at an international level.
