I've been training for 13 years. I started competing last year - kind of got into it accidentally. Started off by me and a friend experimenting to see how ripped we could get, next thing we know we visited a place called Winning Physique for contest prep advice as well as putting posing routines together.... After a year of competitions I'm hooked. I've always loved training - I love the challenge. Admittedly the diet part I've only taken seriously over the past 2 years or so and I think the results in my photos speak for themselves.
