EXERCISE
Favourite Exercise
Wide grips chin-ups. They’re empowering!
Least Favourite Exercise
Anything to do with biceps. Even music can’t help.
All food is good, I especially love the stuff I can’t have except for race weekends. Then I’m allowed a bacon & egg roll
On Season
Does a nice cup of tea count?
TIPS FOR HEALTH AND FITNESS
Stay flexible: the injuries are easier to manage.
GREATEST ACHIEVEMENTS:
Qualifying for and riding in the 2001 125cc Australian Grand Prix before they brought in an age limit of 25. I fought hard all season to take out 4th in the Aussie Titles and earn my shot at qualifying, and standing on the grid thinking I was the 31st fastest 125cc rider in the world at that point was just amazing.
MAIN GOAL FOR THE FUTURE
Place top 3 in the Australian Championships again (this is an engine size, not a gender based class).
