I was born in Romania and came to Australia in my early 20's. In Romania I was the top ranked Springboard diver for over 10 years.

When I arrived in Australia I became a personal trainer and competed regularly in Miss Bikini type competitions.

In 2000 I entered my first Fitness Competition - Ms Fitness Pageant - and started to train more seriously for bodyshaping type shows.

In 2003 I became the IFBB Miss Fitness Australia. In 2005 I won the IFBB Miss Figure Australasia title and was subsequently awarded my IFBB Pro Card.

I have also competed several times as an amateur representing Australia overseas at the World Championships in Europe in the Body Fitness category.

This year I will be entering my first Pro show in Arlington, Texas - The Europa Super Show and representing Australia and Lady-Bird Supplements.

TIPS FOR HEALTH AND FITNESS

To keep fit and healty, eat every 3 hours small portion, stop complex carbohydrates after 3 pm, drink a lot of water,do any type of cardio at least 4 times per week and weights training at least 3 times per week .
Train hard, be happy and love life.

MAIN GOAL FOR THE FUTURE
To qualify for the Olimpia and to be healthy and keeping fit for the rest of my life.
