Originally dragged to gym to develop upper body strength for my first passion of competitive equestrian show riding. Being 5'10 at 12 years old had many disadvantages. I was uncoordinated, dangly shy and very conscious of my height.
But it wasn't until I was 17 years old that I started taking an interest in the gym as a career move. Training towards entry to the NSW Police Force, I trained at gym 2 times a day sometimes 3, ended up never leaving. Stayed or and become Personal Trainer and Aerobics Coordinator.
